Founder and President

Ed is a government business development expert, policy analyst, educator and convener with technical experience in environmental, economic development and energy programs. He has been a senior officer and partner in major professional services companies including SAIC and Battelle and currently leads projects in business acquisition training, online sustainability education and smart cities consulting.  

 Senior Principal 

 Josh is a data scientist and software engineer specializing in sustainability science. In addition to serving industrial and government clients, he holds a research appointment at The Global Development Policy Center at Boston University. Josh works with ERS Advisors to provide deep research and analytics in Machine Learning and AI   

Social Media Manager

Arturo is a software developer and environmental scientist. He leads social media marketing projects for the Company and several clients.  Arturo brings experience with the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration and the National Council for Science and the Environment.    

Senior Associate

Todd is an energy services expert and formally the Energy Efficiency and Alternative Energy Project Manager for the City of Boston. He works with clients on energy business development and project management.

Kirk is an accomplished  C-Suite level counselor with extensive executive-level experience managing large, diverse and geographically dispersed organizations.  He is a former senior Navy judge advocate and expert on government ethics, international and environmental law, cyber law, and legislative and regulatory interpretation and compliance.

Susan is an architect, artist, climate communicator, and social entrepreneur. She develops proprietary programs and hands-on creative workshops for sustainability, innovation, communication and leadership. Susan’s Public Art installations connect communities and foster action toward a more sustainable world.
