Seeks a better approach to business development

A successful government contractor supporting waste cleanup, environmental assessments and construction management programs primarily for the Department of Defense wants to upgrade its business capture program. ERS Advisors is revising corporate business acquisition processes, providing staff business training and implementing systematic opportunity assessment practices across the firm.

  A&E firm:
Wants to break into the federal marketplace from its state and local business base
ERS Advisors is working with the marketing team of a $12 million Midwestern professional engineering firm to step from state and local services to DoD and other federal customers in its geographical region. That includes modifying the firm's internal processes to meet federal requirements, training staff on business acquisition approaches and forging business relationships and competitive approaches for specific business pursuits.
